Ides de Willebois

Ides de Willebois is director, Eastern and Southern Africa Division, for the
International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD). From 2002 to 2006, he
was country portfolio manager. From 1992 to 2002, he was coordinator of
the UNOPS Nairobi Outpost and senior project management officer, responsible for loan administration, supervision and implementation support of projects funded by IFAD. He was coordinator of the Dutch Cotton Assistance Program in Tanzania from 1988-1992. In Zambia, from 1987-1988 he was coordinator of the Drought and Famine Relief Program, supported by The Netherlands, USAID, EEC, FAO, WFP, Canada, Australia, Italy and Kenya.
